At Trade Price values your satisfaction. However, since we act as a platform for suppliers, the following policies apply:

1. Refunds

  • Refunds are subject to the supplier’s refund policy. At Trade Price will assist in facilitating refunds but does not guarantee their approval.
  • Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
    • The supplier fails to deliver the product.
    • The product is significantly different from its description.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Returns

  • Returns are subject to the supplier’s return policy. At Trade Price does not manage or coordinate returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the supplier specifies otherwise.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify At Trade Price within 30 days of receipt. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
  • Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required for claims.

4. Exclusions

Refunds and returns may not be available for:

  • Custom or personalised products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Items marked as “non-refundable” or “final sale.”
